SHIPPING & RETURNS
How do I return/exchange an item?
We want you to adore your MOM-STA handmade product, if you are not satisfied we want to make it right with you! As long as the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and has not been damaged from wearing, please send back to us within 7 days of your original purchase date and we will reach out with any questions or concerns.
Postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received as faulty and any product that appears to be worn will be sent back to the customer.
Please note that we do not allow for returns or exchanges on International orders.
In order to process returns and exchanges, you MUST have the following in your package being sent back to us:
- The original gold packaging
- The packing slip
- A note stating the reason for the return/exchange

*We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment. All returns will be issued as digital store credit.
I purchased a MOM-STA product at a retail location or wholesale and need to return/exchange them. Can I send them back to you instead?
Unfortunately, no. As much as we would love to, all of our retailers and wholesalers have their own return/exchange policies so it would need to be done at the location of purchase.
Do you ship International?
Yes! Our MOM-STA overseas deserve the same amount of love! We ship all International orders via USPS and the cost of this varies due to the region in which you are located. Customers are responsible for the cost of any duties and taxes upon receiving and we must declare items at full value. We do not allow for returns or exchanges on International orders.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
How long will it take to receive my order?
We want you to receive your order as quickly as you want it in your mailbox, but please keep in mind that we hand make each piece to order in our warehouse! Depending on the amount of current orders in our system, please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be made and ready for shipment. We ship all orders USPS so from your ship date, please allow for 5 days (DUE TO COVID DELAYS) business days for domestic orders and 15-20 business days for International orders.
*Any orders that contain 4+ pieces will require a signature at delivery*
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been carefully crafted, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will also include a tracking number.
Do you have gift certificates available for purchase?
Yes we do! They are available for purchase on our website. MOM-STA gift cards are sent to you via email NOT as a physical card. If gifting to someone else, you can forward the email to the recipient and they will be able to use it just the same!
We will never share the information you provide with any third parties. The information that you provide us during checkout is used to process orders and deliver requested emails.
FABRIC/ MATERIAL & SIZING
What materials/fabric do you use?
Each item can vary within size and material. Our products can be a custom blend of Polyester, Rayon, and Cotton or a 100% Cotton and have been extensively tested and perfected for our customer. It has excellent recovery and performance for both lifestyle and fitness. The garment will keep its shape due to the fabric construction.
What size am I?
Please refer to the sizing chart with each product. With some products can run bigger than others as we want to ensure the comfort 24 hours a day. Please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
